Waterloo High School, Renovations & Additions, New K-8 Addition

Project includes renovations/addition to the existing 9-12 high school, and K through 8th grade facility addition to complete a conversion into a K-12 Facility.  The existing high school is 73,304 sf and the high school addition is 8,484 sf.  The new K-8 Facility will be 118,194 sf for a combined total of 199,982 sf   The overall facility will be provided with state-of-the-art technology in all classrooms and teacher instruction areas.  This project is currently under construction.
