CHIA implemented a $1.44 billion Master Plan as well as continuing maintenance and facility improvement projects.  The PM/CM Program assisted the City Department of Port Control in realizing a first-class Airport Improvement Program and Passenger Facility Program.

Services Provided

RTC provided the following services: Administrative and technical support staff; Designated professional construction supervision/inspection; Management of procurement of professional services; Management of design process/provision of peer review; Assistance in procurement of local contracting services; and Value Engineering/Constructability Reviews.
